Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel an auto-renewing InvoiceFast Pro subscription and how refund requests are handled. InvoiceFast offers weekly and yearly subscriptions and does not offer a free trial.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro access normally remains available until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Web purchases: use the Paddle subscription-management link included in your purchase or renewal email.
- Apple App Store purchases: manage the subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google Play purchases: manage the subscription from your Google Play subscription settings.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid period begins, and we do not normally provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time. We will review requests involving duplicate or incorrect charges, material service failures, or other exceptional circumstances. Any refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
- Web purchases: email hello@invoicefastpro.com with the email address used at checkout and the Paddle transaction or receipt reference. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes approved web refunds.
- Mobile purchases: Apple and Google control billing and refunds for purchases made through their stores. Submit the request directly through the store that processed the purchase, subject to its refund policy.
Account deletion
Deleting your InvoiceFast account does not automatically cancel an App Store, Google Play, or Paddle subscription. Cancel the subscription through the original billing provider as described above before deleting your account.
