Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the InvoiceFast app (“the App”), operated by InvoiceFast (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store terms and these Terms.

Your account

You sign in to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account, and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Subscriptions (InvoiceFast Pro)

• InvoiceFast offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, InvoiceFast Pro, which unlocks unlimited invoices and estimates.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase by Apple or Google for mobile purchases, or by Paddle for web purchases. Paddle acts as merchant of record for web purchases and handles applicable payment processing and taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected weekly or yearly period until canceled. InvoiceFast does not offer a free trial.
• You can manage or cancel a mobile subscription in the app-store account used to purchase it. For a web subscription, use the Paddle management link provided with your purchase and renewal emails.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any rights required by applicable law.

Your content

You own the content you create in the App (your business details, clients, invoices, estimates, photos and signatures). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents you create and send, and for complying with any tax, invoicing, and record-keeping laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, using it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or infringing others' rights.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. InvoiceFast is a tool for creating documents and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; while we sync your data, we do not guarantee against loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceFast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
